Job Description

• ITI Technician (Production Support Staff)
• Department: Production / Manufacturing Operations
• Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Electronics, or Instrumentation)
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Work Mode: On-site (Shop floor / Cleanroom / Shift-based operations)

Key Responsibilities

• • echnical Aptitude: Strong hands-on understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems depending on the ITI trade.
• • Drawing & Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read basic technical drawings, assembly diagrams, and work instructions.
• • Problem-Solving: Quick response time to minor equipment jams or line stoppages to minimize operational downtime.
• • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours, work in rotation shifts, and handle moderate manual material movement if required
