Contract Staffing
The consultant is placed at the client site at an hourly or monthly rate for a specified period of time. Individual consultants, or a group of consultants, may be assigned to the client site based on your specific requirements.
The consultant remains on the payroll of SmartCity for the specified contract period, and the client is billed on a bi-monthly or monthly basis.

Permanent Staffing

The recruited employee passes through an in-depth screening process including multiple personal and technical interviews and reference checks — ensuring the best ROI for the client. The client and SmartCity agree on a fixed compensation that reflects prevailing market standards.

Service 03
Contract-to-Hire
Here the client may opt to place the consultant on the job for a specified period, during which they evaluate the consultant's performance. If satisfied — and if the consultant matches their long-term requirement — the consultant is transferred from SmartCity's payroll to the client's payroll at the end of the contract period.
In the event the client is not satisfied, we ensure an ideal replacement, and the replaced consultant continues to remain on our payroll.
