Job Description

Handle inbound customer calls and chats for a domestic process. Freshers with clear communication are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries within SLA
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right team
• Meet daily quality and productivity targets

Requirements

• Any graduate; freshers may apply
• Clear spoken English, Hindi and Telugu
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Open to rotational shifts
