Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for our client accounts in Visakhapatnam — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer roll-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and the internal database
• Screen profiles and conduct first-round telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Maintain the applicant tracker and share weekly hiring reports
• Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment or HR generalist experience
• Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn and Excel
• Good spoken English, Telugu and Hindi
• Able to work to weekly closure targets
